Discussion:" The Legend of Korra" Book 2
SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!
If you have not seen all of "The Legend of Korra Book" 2, please do not read.
Why do you think Korra let the spirits roam in the human world? Was it a good choice, or a bad choice?
I liked the direction they went with the concepts of the Spirits. The spirits reflected the demeanor of the humans around them. When the Humans were peaceful at heart the spirits were helpful and peaceful as well, when the Humans were hostile, the spirits became Chaotic and made problems.
I think as Korra learned more of this relationship, it was important for her to maintain the balance by keeping them around. The spirits didn't bring about problems with balance, the humans did. By working to help the Humans understand the relationships between the Mortal and Spiritual, the spirit world could remain present and would enrich the lives of the Mortal world.
